MasterPlan Pet Care Certification Standards Include:

1. Commitment to ongoing staff education & professional training
   
2. Staff have acheived current Level 1 Certification. Management has acheived Expert certification.
   
3. Facility utilizes MasterPlan Pet Care™ for entire full time and part staff accountability.
4. Average facility score over the past 90 days of 2.8 or better. (Max score = 3.0)
   
5. Owner(s) or the General Manager has acheived Expert certification in Leadership.
   
6. Code of Ethics adhered to in animal care and marketing.
7. Procedures verified and in place for emergencies.
8. Facility maintains an employee training record which includes at least 4 hours of continual training per year (including federal required annual safety training).
